PHILIP WOLFHAGEN Finalist in the 2019 Hadley’s Art Prize

Philip Wolfhagen has been selected as a finalist in the 2019 Hadley’s Art Prize with his new work ‘Approaching the cusp’. The work itself will be revealed at the exhibition opening on Friday 19 July at the Hadley’s Orient Hotel and the winner will be announced on the night. The finalists’ exhibition will continue at the Hotel until 18 August 2019. The Hadley’s Art Prize, Hobart, is an annual, acquisitive Australian landscape prize and this year will be judged by Jane Clark (Senior Research Curator at MONA), Raymond Arnold (printmaker and painter), and Susan McCulloch OAM (arts writer and adjunct professor).
