PETA CLANCY ‘Archives of Feeling’ at RMIT Gallery

Peta Clancy’s ‘Fissures of Time’ series will be exhibited in ‘Archives of Feeling’ at the RMIT Gallery from 21.09. – 10.12.22. The exhibition presents thought-provoking resources for living with the trauma of institutions, colonialism and isolation, and offers new ways of archiving experience.

As stated by the exhibition text, the “complex repercussions of traumatic experiences, whether collective or individual, are often feelings we navigate alone” and its selected works aim to combine creative practice with socially-engaged models of community collaboration to create a living, growing and sensorial archive of feelings, encouraging us to explore, learn, and unlearn. Read more.
