ANNE ZAHALKA Finalist at the Australian Graphic Design Awards for Publication of ‘ZAHALKAWORLD’

Anne Zahalka’s book ‘ZAHALKAWORLD: An artist’s archive’, features major bodies of works from the artist’s past collections and all that has influenced and inspired their genesis. This work has been selected by The Australian Graphic Design Awards (AGDA) as a finalist in the Publication category. The AGD Awards recognise some of the best works in Australia across a range of disciplines like Print, Digital, Motion Design and more.

Zahalka is recognised as one of Australia’s most highly regarded photo-media artists who has exhibited extensively in Australia and overseas for over 40 years. Her works have delved within the contexts of diverse global strains with a playfulness and artistic vision that sets them apart in style and embodiment.
