SARA MORAWETZ TEDxSYDNEY Talk

Sara Morawetz will be appearing as a featured speaker at the highly-anticipated TEDxSydney on Friday, 24 May 2019 at the International Convention Centre, Sydney. TEDxSydney is the leading platform for the propagation of Australian ideas, creativity and innovation to the rest of the world. The theme for this year’s TEDxSydney is Legacy. What have we been left with? What are we doing with what we’ve been left with? What will we leave behind?

Sara is an interdisciplinary artist whose work explores the processes that underpin scientific action. Interested in the ‘Scientific Method’ and its philosophical implications, Sara will discuss how she tests and exposes our methods of observation, experimentation and standardisation through the mercurial sphere of artistic enquiry.

DMG will be exhibiting works by Sara Morawetz in her solo show ‘Principa’ at the end of this year from 5 – 21 December.
