PETA CLANCY Bendigo Art Gallery installation views

August 27, 2020

Peta Clancy’s ‘Undercurrent’ photographs have been placed in dialogue with works from the Bendigo Art Gallery’s collection to weave an illuminating story around the Dja Dja Wurrung community. As part of their current group show ‘The Burning World’, Clancy’s works reveal truths about human inhabitations by addressing the contemporary ramifications of past actions.

‘The Burning World’ brings together four significant photographic series created by leading Australian artists Hoda Afshar, Peta Clancy, Rosemary Laing and Michael Cook. Visit the Bendigo Art Gallery website HERE.
