Lucas Davidson and Liam Garstang in MCA ARTBAR: Vivid edition

MCA ARTBAR: Vivid edition is set to be an incredible night of art, music and live performances curated by artist Jonny Niesche. Lucas Davidson and Liam Garstang will both feature in this Friday’s event, which takes your gallery experience and flips it on its head with an artist-driven evening of vibrant interventions throughout the inbetween spaces of the MCA. Davidson will be creating a new immersive work that hinges on subtle acts of transformation and shifting, sensory projections. Garstang will be giving new life to taxidermied birds through hypnotic, sweeping movements and surveilling lights. Alongside the work of twelve other participating artists, these two installations will be on view for one night only on 25 May from 7-11PM.
