LOTTIE CONSALVO ‘An Anthology of the Wind’ at Multi-Arts Pavilion

Lottie Consalvo and Sarah Mosca have collaborated to create a new body of site-specific sound, video and sculptural works entitled ‘Anthology of the Wind’. These will inhabit the internal and external spaces of the Multi-Arts Pavilion, mima, Lake Macquarie, from 16.07. – 28.08.22.

The four multi-disciplinary installations focus on stimulating unique sensory experiences using movement, and attempt to give physicality to the unseen force of the wind as the artist’s bodies become “weightless objects being conducted.” The installations include a series of four sculptures in the Discover Ports, an external sound installation, and two gestural video-works. There will also be an evening in conversation with Lottie and Sarah on 5.08.22, moderated by MAP mima Curator, Pippa Budge. The artists will discuss the exhibition’s themes and development, and the collaborative process.  Read more.
