Lottie Consalvo’s new work ‘The Dinner Guest’ is the first commissioned work as part of This is Not Art (TiNA) 2021, presented online this Friday at 7pm.⁠

‘The Dinner Guest’ is a real-time performance piece; only those in attendance at the TiNA opening event this Friday night at 7pm will experience the work in full. ⁠

TiNA Festival is an emerging and experimental multi-disciplinary arts festival that celebrates Newcastle as a leading creative city. Stripped of any live audience, five new commissioned experimental works will be presented by artists working to the theme R̶e̶s̶p̶o̶n̶s̶e̶ (in spoken word: Response, Strikethrough). An essay will examine the works, and an artists panel will close the festival discussing the theme.⁠ Read more.
