Lottie Consalvo Maitland Regional Art Gallery 10th anniversary celebration

Lottie Consalvo’s solo exhibition ‘Somewhere Else’ at Maitland Regional Art Gallery brings together her diverse arts practice of performance, video and painting in this moving exhibition. Her work mines the psychology of human experience with ideas surrounding longing, desire and the ungraspable, which unfold in monumental and mirrored forms. This exhibition explores the enormity of the ineffable attributes of distant places within the self.

Celebrating the 10 year anniversary of Maitland Regional Art Gallery’s redevelopment, Lottie will be giving an artist talk on her current solo exhibition. The event will include refreshments, a live performance by Gambirra, and micro talks from 3-5PM on 24.08.19.
