LOTTIE CONSALVO Featured in ‘Australian Abstract’

Lottie Consalvo is one of the featured artists in ‘Australian Abstract’ by Amber Cresswell Bell. The book examines the practices of more than 40 contemporary abstract painters, documenting a repertoire of styles, subjects, and visions, and drawing on extensive interviews. An excerpt from the artist reads: “I feel that my work is not purely abstract, although visually it looks to be. I am often trying to use symbolism and to look at how forms shift us and make us respond differently.” The book is now available to purchase here.
