LOCUST JONES Finalist in the SCA Alumni Fauvette Loureiro Memorial Scholarship

Locust Jones has been announced as a finalist in the 2026 SCA Alumni Fauvette Loureiro Memorial Scholarship in the Mid-Career/Established category. His finalist work will be presented in the scholarship exhibition at the SCA Gallery, University of Sydney, from 8.10. – 7.11.26, with the scholarship recipients to be announced at the exhibition opening on Wednesday 7 October 2026.
The Fauvette Loureiro Memorial Scholarships support graduates of the Sydney College of Arts in pursuing professional development through travel, fostering new research, international exchange, and creative practice. Open to SCA alumni across both Emerging and Mid-Career/Established categories, the scholarships provide significant opportunities for artists to expand their practice beyond Australia.
