Within an unsettling and turbulent global environment, the artists in this group show explore the concept of memory as it relates to connection and disconnection, to dislocation, place, and belonging. In a world where borders seem to grow taller, and cultural divisions deepen, these artists explore the depths of human experience, seeking to bridge the gaps that separate us. This exhibition presents a unique perspective on memory, intertwining personal and collective histories. Through their work, the artists highlight the universal longing for connection and the profound impact of dislocation. They evoke a nostalgia for places left behind and explore the profound question of where we truly belong.

The exhibition’s title, ‘Never Lost, Always Found’, encapsulates the essence of the artists’ intentions. It speaks to the resilience of memory, reminding us that even when we feel lost and disconnected, our memories guide us back to a sense of belonging. In their exploration of memory, the artists celebrate the human capacity to forge connections and find meaning in the most unexpected places.

The gallery artists featured in the show are Isidro Blasco, Elger Esser, Em Ingram-Shute, Tim Johnson, Catherine O’Donnell, Lu Song and Thomas Weinberger.
