EMMA FIELDEN, LOCUST JONES and CATHERINE O’DONNELL Finalists in the Jacaranda Acquisitive Drawing Award

Emma Fielden, Locust Jones, and Catherine O’Donnell have been chosen as finalists in the Jacaranda Acquisitive Drawing Award (JADA) 2022 at Grafton Regional Gallery! Commencing in 1988, the biennial art prize is one of Australia’s most prestigious regional awards and seeks to promote innovation and excellence in the practice.

The finalist works include Emma’s performance video ‘Andromeda and the Milky Lane’, stills from Locust’s animation ‘isolation is bad for business’, and Catherine’s charcoal drawing ‘Glenbrook window 2’.
