The Body is a Big Place, the collaborative project of HELEN PYNOR and PETA CLANCY, has been awarded an Honorary Mention in the Hybrid Arts category of the 2012 Prix Ars Electronica. Ars Electronica is one of the most globally important and long-standing forums for recognising innovation and excellence in new media art practice. Winning works are selected by an international jury with diverse experience in new media practice. This year’s theme is ‘The Big Picture: New Concepts for a New World’.
