ARMANDO CHANT and NINA WALTON Finalists in the Dobell Drawing Prize

Armando Chant and Nina Walton have been selected as finalists in the Dobell Drawing Prize! The acquisitive prize is a celebration of contemporary drawing technique and innovation presented by the National Art School in partnership with the Sir William Dobell Art Foundation. 64 finalists were chosen from 1062 entries.

The winner will be announced at the exhibition opening at the NAS Gallery on Thursday 30th March 2023. The exhibition will be open until 10th June 2023 and is part of the NAS Festival of Drawing, a biennial event organised by the School’s National Centre for Drawing. The festival includes talks, workshops and a research symposium.
