ANDREW ROGERS awarded Honorary Doctorate by Deakin University

March 19, 2020

Andrew Rogers has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Deakin University for his distinguished contribution to contemporary art and for his significant support of their Art Collection. His critically acclaimed sculptures grace the University grounds, as well as prominent public plazas and private collections across the globe.

This accolade acknowledges Rogers’ local and global significance, with special mention of his ‘Rhythms of Life’ project, which is the largest contemporary land art undertaking in the world. This connected set of monumental drawings is visible from space and has been documented extensively by the Google Cultural Institute.

We extend our warmest congratulations to Andrew.
